Personal information you provide to the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede will not be used for purposes other than those related to Calgary Stampede operated programs or business purposes.  Your information will be handled with respect, and will not be sold, given away, or provided to parties outside the Calgary Stampede without your consent, unless the law requires that it be shared.  Please contact the Stampede's Privacy Officer for more details by email or call (403) 261-0389.

Entry Policy
Minors should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before sending any personal information over the internet.  While stampedeagriculture.com encourages minors to consult with a parent or guardian, we cannot be held responsible if a minor sends information without first obtaining permission from a parent or guardian.  Stampedeagriculture.com assumes any waivers “accepted” by exhibitors as minors are done so by the parent or guardian.
