Exhibitor vehicle parking passes will be available for pick up at the Show Office upon your initial arrival at Stampede Park. The exhibitor vehicle parking stickers must be placed on the windshield of your vehicle to prevent the vehicle from being towed while parked in the designated parking areas. PRIZE MONEY
All prize money will be paid in Canadian Dollars. Non-residents of Canada will be subject to a 15% withholding tax on all prize monies awarded as required by Revenue Canada. This tax may be waived upon pre-approval by Revenue Canada. Year-end rebates are also available. For further details, please contact Agriculture Administration.

VACUUM TRUCK
Packages will be available in the show office (free of charge), which will contain a plastic card with a number on it. This card should be placed on the discharge pipe of your unit with the strap provided. Please ensure your discharge pipe is easily accessible on the roadside of the RV. Each kit will also contain 10 florescent flagging strips that must be placed on the bumper of the RV (roadside) by 7:00 a.m. on the day service is required. This will alert the vacuum truck operator that the unit requires service. Any vehicles not having the card in place, will not receive service until a card has been obtained.
